Project Management
I excel at strategic planning and prioritizing tasks in support of principal goals. I am adept at collaborating across internal departments and with external partners to keep projects on-mission, on-budget, and on-time.
Studio Signage
In 2024, the Corning Museum of Glass completed a 64,000 sq. ft. expansion and renovation of the glassmaking education facility, The Studio. I was the project manager responsible for the planning, design, and installation of all interior and exterior signage for The Studio, including wayfinding, interpretive, emergency, accessibility, and donor signs.
Art Center Canvas
I managed the implementation of Art Center Canvas, a customized CRM platform to publish The Studio class catalogs and manage student applications and registrations. This project was delivered on-time and on-budget by engaging regularly with an external vendor to communicate internal stakeholder needs and UX/UI priorities.
Glass Studio Rebuild
As the team leader presenting live glassblowing demonstrations on the cruise ship Celebrity Solstice, I was responsible for managing the scheduled rebuild of an all-electric glassblowing studio. I managed correspondence between remote Museum technicians and on-board electrical engineers and led my team in the installation and refurbishment of all glassmaking equipment.
Chihuly ReImagined
As an Exhibit Developer at the Franklin Park Conservatory & Botanical Gardens, I managed Chihuly Reimagined, an exhibition featuring 18 site-specific glass artworks presented in an indoor and outdoor garden campus. In collaboration with the Chihuly studio team, I managed on-site engineers, lighting designers, horticulturists, and art handlers on exhibition planning, installation, and maintenance.
